Why are the balloons so thin?

The thin material is designed for UV light to pass through and create the glow effect. Thicker balloons will not glow. This is a functional feature, not a defect.

Why do the balloons pop easily?

Please inflate to 70–80% of full size only. Over-inflation increases pressure. Also avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces. The thin material is necessary for UV glow.

Why don’t some balloons glow?

A UV black light (365–395nm) is required. Regular room light will not work. Do not over-inflate, as stretching reduces glow brightness.

Why do balloons pop without being touched?

This can happen if over-inflated or exposed to temperature changes. Air expands in heat, which increases pressure. Inflate less to reduce this risk.

Why do colors look less bright than photos?

Photos were taken in a dark room with professional UV lighting. Under normal light, colors look lighter. For best glow, use a UV black light in a dark space.
