First I’d like to say that I never post reviews on products, but my experience with customer service has influenced me to post a review today. I am rating this at 5 stars solely based on how customer service handled my issue.I’ll say the quality of this cabinet is not the absolute best, but it isn’t the worst either. Putting it together was rough and it does not feel sturdy at all while building, but once it’s put together, it’s honestly nice. It does the job, and I can say that I’m happy with the final product. There’s minor flaws, but I can live with that.My first attempt at building this did not go well, and I reached out to the seller and spoke with them about my issue. Throughout the entire ordeal, they were professional and very kind. I asked for replacements for the specific parts that became damaged, and those parts were not available. I was instead sent an entire replacement. I had to return the damaged product, but they were generous enough to send a prepaid label and explained the process for me when I asked for instructions as I’ve never returned anything before. Whether it was one person or several that I spoke with, it was a very pleasant experience the entire time. They were quick to respond and resolve my issue, and shipping time was quick as well.My personal experience with their customer service was some of the best I’ve had, and that alone is worth five stars to me. Thank you very much to whoever I was communicating with and thank you for the replacement!

Great customer service, too.
First off, let me thank Homcom’s customer service. There was an issue with shipping when I received my cabinet and they were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. 10/10 I’m glad I reached out to them first before sending the cabinet back through Amazon.We have a decently spaced house for 3 people, but it lacks some serious storage. The only closets are the ones for each room and a small linen closet next to the a/c. We don’t have a garage, so it’s like playing Tetris trying to find a location for things where they won’t be lost, misplaced or never seen again.In my old apartment I had an entire craft room dedicated to my zillion hobbies, but it was a sacrifice that had to be made when we got this house.My husband is a stickler on open concept so adding storage in the form of a closet under the stairs was a big no.That’s where these cabinets come in. A+ super easy to build solo, I only needed him for helping hold the large side pieces in place so they aligned perfectly.Make sure you pay attention to the instructions perfectly and don’t skip any steps. I missed the positioning on one of the cabinet separators and put it in upside down because I didn’t install the magnetic hardware first like it said to do. It was 100% my bad.As you can see in the photos they are super spacious. One of them is being temporarily used as an actual pantry as the old pantry was demo’d to make way for a larger fridge. But literally everything fits inside them. I still have to move them into their correct/ permanent position but that will have to wait until I paint under the stairs.I could not be happier. I spray painted the handles a chrome color and added cheap remote controlled lighting to my shelves. I absolutely love these and recommend them 100%.

After opening the boxes and assembling of my 2 new pantries we realize that several panels had poorly applied paint that made the item look unfinished. Missing parts and even miss matched drawer and door pulls. I really think this is liquidation store quality. Probably a batch of seconds the seller is trying to move.
